Sundried Tomato, Honey Mustard & Rosemary Bites

Try these with drinks - a summer entertaining bonus!

  • 2_ C Plain Flour
  • 4 Tblsp Cornflour
  • _ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cracked Pepper
  • 2 Tblsp Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
  • 125g Butter
  • 100g Tasty Cheese, grated
  • 2 Tblsp BeesOnline Honey Mustard
  • 2 Tblsp Sundried Tomato Pesto
  • Cold Water to bind
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor. Add a little chilled water to bind. Roll into a log shape and wrap in plastic film or tinfoil. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into slices.

Bake at 150°C for 20-30 minutes until just browned.

Chefs Note:
A little finely grated parmesan cheese can be sprinkled over top for a nice piquant finish.
