Sundried Tomato, Honey Mustard & Rosemary Bites

Try these with drinks - a summer entertaining bonus!
- 2_ C Plain Flour
- 4 Tblsp Cornflour
- _ Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cracked Pepper
- 2 Tblsp Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
- 125g Butter
- 100g Tasty Cheese, grated
- 2 Tblsp BeesOnline Honey Mustard
- 2 Tblsp Sundried Tomato Pesto
- Cold Water to bind
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor. Add a little chilled water to bind. Roll into a log shape and wrap in plastic film or tinfoil. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into slices.
Bake at 150°C for 20-30 minutes until just browned.
Chefs Note:A little finely grated parmesan cheese can be sprinkled over top for a nice piquant finish.
